To maintain these safety standards, our return and refund policy is focused on food safety and is non-negotiable for opened or tampered products.

1. Sealed Products Policy

  • Returns or refunds are only applicable to products that are completely sealed and unopened.
  • Once the original seal is broken, we cannot accept a return. This ensures that every customer receives a product that has never been exposed to outside contaminants.

2. Hygiene & Food Safety

  • Due to the nature of consumable goods (dried fruits, dried vegetables, seeds, and powders), opened or tampered items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  • This policy is in place to protect our community and ensure that the PuriNosh products in your pantry are always safe and hygienically sound.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging your orders, but if something goes wrong during transit:

  • Please notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your delivery.
  • You must provide clear photos or a short video showing the damaged packaging or the incorrect item received.
  • Once our team verifies the issue, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.

4. Non-Eligible Items

  • Items that have been partially consumed or opened.
  • Items where the vacuum seal or outer packaging has been tampered with.
  • Requests made after the 48-hour "Damage Notification" window.

5. How to Initiate a Request

If your order is eligible for a return (unopened) or you received a damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via WhatsApp or Email with your Order Number.
  2. Submit Evidence: Attach photos/videos of the product and the shipping label.
  3. Review: Our team will review your request within 24 hours and guide you on the next steps for a replacement or refund.
