Welcome to the PuriNosh community! We’re thrilled to have you here. By browsing our website or placing an order for our dried fruits, dried vegetables, seeds, powder products you’re agreeing to the "ground rules" below. Please take a moment to read them so we’re both on the same page.

1. Using Our Website

By hanging out here and shopping with us, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or have a parent’s permission).
  • The info you give us (like your delivery address) is accurate.
  • You’ll use our site for its intended purpose—finding and buying great healthy foods!

2. Our Products & Availability

We deal with natural products like dried mangoes, apple, banana, strawberry, and dried vegetables seeds, and powder form of these products. Because nature is unpredictable:

  • Availability: Sometimes a specific seed or fruit might be out of stock. We’ll let you know as soon as possible if that happens.
  • Appearance: Since our products are natural and minimally processed, the color or size might vary slightly from the professional photos on your screen.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees)
  • Prices can change based on market costs, but the price you see when you hit "Checkout" is what you’ll pay.
  • Your payments are handled by secure, encrypted gateways (if applicable) and also Cash on Delivery (COD). PuriNosh never sees or stores your private card numbers.

4. Order Acceptance

Once you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email or message and order confirmation call. Occasionally, we might have to cancel an order if:

  • A product suddenly becomes unavailable.
  • There was a clear technical error in the price.
  • Something looks suspicious or fraudulent.
  • If we cancel, you will always get a full refund immediately if you pay online.

5. Shipping & Freshness

We take hygiene seriously. Every pack is sealed in a clean environment before shipping.

  • We aim for 3–5 business days for delivery, but please be patient if there’s heavy rain, traffic, or unexpected logistics delays.

6. Returns & Your Health

Because we sell food products, we have a very strict Refund & Return Policy. To keep everyone safe, we cannot accept returns on items where the seal has been broken. We want every customer to know their products are 100% fresh and untouched.

7. Who Owns What? (Intellectual Property)

We’ve worked hard on the PuriNosh brand, our logo, and our product descriptions. Everything you see here belongs to us. Please don’t copy our images or text for your own commercial use without asking us first!

8. Responsibility (Limitation of Liability)

We do our best to ensure everything is perfect, but PuriNosh isn’t responsible for:

  • Small delays caused by our delivery partners.
  • Issues arising from the misuse of products (e.g., if someone has an undisclosed allergy).
  • Indirect damages beyond the cost of the product you purchased.
  • Seeds are a nutritional supplement and customers should consult a doctor for medical advice.

9. Proper Conduct

We’re all about positive vibes. Please don’t try to hack our site, upload viruses, or use our platform to spread misinformation.

10. Changes to These Rules

As we grow from a small startup to a household name, we might update these terms. We’ll always post the newest version here with a "Last Updated" date.
